Request Account & Data Deletion

If you want to delete your Kaaksha account and the data associated with it, follow the steps below. This page is provided by Kaaksha (the developer of the Kaaksha POS application) for users who wish to request account and data deletion, including for purposes of Google Play and other app store requirements.

Steps to request account and data deletion

  1. Send an email to [email protected] from the email address linked to your Kaaksha account.
  2. Use the subject line: Account deletion request (or similar).
  3. In the body, state clearly that you want to delete your Kaaksha account and all associated data. You may include your registered email or full name so we can identify your account.
  4. We will confirm receipt and process your request. You will receive a reply once the deletion has been completed (typically within 30 days, or as required by applicable law).

Important: After your account is deleted, you will not be able to sign in or recover any of your data. Please export or save any data you need before requesting deletion.
